Privacy

Cumplalia is an information directory. There are no sign-ups, forms or accounts, and we do not collect personal data from families.

• My list: the places you add to your list are stored only in your browser (localStorage). They never reach us.
• “Near me”: your browser asks for permission; your location is used only on your device to work out distances and is not sent to any server.
• Map: the home-page map loads when you scroll to it; in search and on venue pages, only when you tap “Map”. Your browser then downloads map data from OpenFreeMap (tiles.openfreemap.org, based on OpenStreetMap data), which receives your IP address.
• Server: like any website, the server keeps technical request logs (IP, date, page) for up to 14 days for security.
• Our own statistics, no cookies: we count visits and link clicks (for example, to a venue's website) with GoatCounter, installed on our own server. It uses no cookies and does not store your IP address: only aggregate figures (page, language, browser, screen size, approximate country and referring site).
• Cloudflare Web Analytics, no cookies: we also count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies and does not identify visitors; it only gives aggregate figures.
• Google Analytics, only if you accept: if you click “Accept” in the cookie notice, we load Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), which uses cookies to measure how the site is used. Google may process data outside the EU under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. If you click “Reject”, it is not loaded. You can change your choice under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.
• No ads: we show no advertising and sell no data.
