If your venue hosts children's birthday parties, it may already be on Cumplalia, and if it is not, you do not need to do anything for us to add it: we build listings from the public information on your website. It is free, with no commission and no paid positions. This guide explains what we do with your details, how to check your listing, and what to do if something is wrong or you would rather not be listed.
What Cumplalia is
Cumplalia is a free directory of children's birthday party venues in Catalonia. Families can search by city, the children's age, number of guests and type of party (play centre, farm school, escape room, sports club and more), and compare venues in one place. You can see how it works on the How it works page.
What matters to you as a venue owner: we do not take bookings or payments. Families always end up on your website or phone you. We charge no commission on enquiries that come through us, and we do not sell featured positions: the order of results is not advertising.
What we take from your website
We only record what you already publish and what families need in order to decide:
- Age the party is aimed at.
- Number of children: the minimum and, above all, the maximum group size.
- Price of each package or rate, as you publish it.
- What is included in each package: play time, entertainer, food, room, decorations and so on.
- Duration of the party.
We also show your venue's address and phone number, and a link to your website. We do not copy your text or photos and pass them off as ours: facts (ages, prices, capacity) are described in our own words.
How we show this information
The price and contents of each package appear as a direct quotation from your website, with a link to the page it comes from and the date we checked it. That way a family sees exactly what you say and can go to the source. The prices shown are indicative, and we advise families to confirm them with you when booking.
Using these details, the listing offers a calculator that estimates the cost for a specific number of children. If a family's group is larger than your maximum or the age does not fit, your venue does not appear in that search. This is why a wrong capacity or age can leave you out of searches where you do fit.
How to check your listing
- Look up your venue by name in the search, or find it from your city's list.
- Open the listing and compare it with your website: are the age, maximum number of children, prices and duration current?
- Look at the date it was checked. If you changed your rates afterwards, it is normal for the listing to lag behind.
- Check the address, phone number and the link to your website.
- Copy the listing's web address (URL): you will need it when you write to us.
If you cannot find your venue, we may not have found a page with birthday information. In that case, see the next section.
What to prepare for a complete listing
The best source we can use is a birthday page on your website with visible prices and conditions. A page like that, written as text on the site itself (not only in an image or a PDF), helps keep the details correct. It is worth stating:
- recommended age and the minimum and maximum number of children;
- the price of each package, and whether VAT is included;
- what is included and what is paid separately (food, extras, accompanying adults);
- party duration and available days and times;
- how to book.
If you prefer not to publish your price, we respect that, but the listing will be less useful to families, who usually ask about cost first. To see what they look for, browse parties with food included or venues for large groups: these are filters that depend on the detail being published.
How to ask for a correction or removal
Email us at hola@cumplalia.es. This mailbox only receives mail; it is the only way to contact us and no registration is needed. In your message, include:
- The venue name, as it appears on Cumplalia.
- The link to its listing on Cumplalia.
- What needs correcting, with the right detail. If you can, add the link to the page on your website where it is published.
To ask for removal, write to the same address with the venue name and the listing link, and say you want it removed. We recommend writing from a company email address so we can connect it to the venue. There is more, aimed at businesses, on the For businesses page.

Do I have to pay anything?
No. Being listed is free, and there are no paid plans, commissions or featured positions.
Can I add my venue if it is not listed?
Yes: email hola@cumplalia.es with the name, the address and a link to your website's birthday page.
Does Cumplalia handle bookings?
No. Families book directly with you, through your website or by phone.
What if I have changed my prices?
Update your website first, then write to us with the link to the new page and say which detail has changed.
